Essa is an experienced consultant, trainer & coach specialized in supporting companies within the area of people (HR), organizations (OD) & Leadership. Over the span of his years of work, he consistently chosen career paths that align with his life purpose rather than immediate gain - a philosophy that led to remarkable milestones such as:
Serving as an expert on an advisory team to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Bureau for Arab States, consulting on the development of a curriculum focused on emotional intelligence & leadership skills.
Leading the creation and implementation of a streamlined set of specifications and standards to enhance the quality of experiences, launched in 2014 and still adopted globally as of 2025. This initiative is estimated to potentially have improved the experiences of 390,000-468,000 people worldwide. It was not assigned or delegated to Essa, he proactively requested additional responsibilities, spent a weekend developing a compelling case for the project and successfully secured approval to lead it.
His work includes designing comprehensive HR & OD frameworks, advising organizations on strategy & structure, & building capability through leadership development programs. These experiences enable him to connect individual growth with organizational systems, helping companies & people thrive together.
A lifelong learner, Essa is deeply passionate about learning, & even more passionate about sharing it. As a trainer, he has delivered +653 training sessions across 21 countries, reaching +11,389 participants. He is known for simplifying complexity, creating learning spaces that engage multiple intelligences, facilitating enjoyable learning experiences while being his authentic self.
Essa holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois (U.S.), a journey that further reaffirmed his commitment to his purpose. He believes that work is one of the most powerful spaces to shape human lives – where purpose, identity, growth, relationships & legacy converge. He sees his role not just as a consultant or a trainer, but as someone contributing to meaningful change in how people experience their lives through work.
